Booking

 

 Terms & conditions for renting one of our properties:

1. You need to book your stay via the online booking form, by the phone, or the email indicated in the contact section.

2. After your booking request is sent, we will get back to you for confirming your stay.

3. Upon booking any of the properties listed here, we require a 30% of the total amount due as deposit. The deposit will be deducted from the total payment.

4. If you cancel your reservation more than 5 business days before the check-in date, the deposit will be wired back to you. If you need to cancel your stay less than 5 days before the check-in date, the deposit is non-refundable.

5. PochivkaBeta.com is not responsible for bank surcharges, which may apply upon bank transfers from another country to Bulgaria.

6. If you are a non-EU resident please check with your national Ministry of Foreign Affairs whether you need a visa to travel to Bulgaria.
